2. Account Registration and Security

To access our trading services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration process.

  • Verification: You agree to undergo Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, providing valid identification documents as required by anti-money laundering (AML) laws.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Mastradia is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your password.
  • One Account: Users are generally limited to one account unless otherwise authorized in writing by Mastradia.

3. Trading Risks and Acknowledgments

Trading financial instruments involves a significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

  • Volatility: Markets for forex, crypto, and stocks can be highly volatile. You acknowledge that you can lose some or all of your invested capital.
  • No Advice: Mastradia provides an execution-only service. We do not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. Any market analysis or data provided is for informational purposes only.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and trading results.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Transactions are processed according to our internal policies and applicable financial regulations.

  • Deposits: Funds must be deposited from an account (bank or wallet) in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
  • Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the original source of funds where possible. We aim to process requests within 24 business hours, though third-party delays may occur.
  • Fees: While Mastradia aims to keep fees low, you are responsible for any blockchain network fees, bank transfer fees, or intermediary charges.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Market manipulation, insider trading, or any fraudulent trading practices.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing.
  • Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our system or network.
  • Use of unauthorized automated trading bots that exploit platform latency (latency arbitrage).

6. Termination

Mastradia reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms.
  • We suspect fraudulent activity or security breaches associated with your account.
  • Required by law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mastradia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) laws. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mastradia is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
